It is recommended to have follow-up imaging being performed annually after the index procedure. The first choice of imaging modality is contrast enhanced CT, which is required at 1-year follow-up and recommended thereafter. In subjects with impaired renal function or intolerance to contrast media, alternative-imaging modalities such as the combination of CT without contrast and Duplex Colour Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) or MRI/MRA should be used. At baseline and at one-year follow-up imaging will be reviewed by an independent core-lab to enhance data quality.
